Because we are a small business, refunds and exchanges will only be fulfilled and offered if there is an error on our part. Due to the nature of the products all cosmetic items are non-refundable and non-returnable.  Items that are used and damaged by the customer are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Standard shipping time: 3-5 business days after processing and shipping. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders that are 100 AED and over (including taxes). All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays within UAE.
